The Valletta Waterfront Oktoberfest
Join us for the first-ever Oktoberfest at Valletta Waterfront on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th October 2025! Celebrate with a vibrant selection of local and international beers — from traditional favourites to craft brews — alongside delicious food, live music and more along the picturesque promenade.
🍺 How It Works
Beer tokens will be available on-site only from the Token Stand located in the central promenade during the event. Each beer token package costs €20.00 and includes a free reusable Oktoberfest souvenir cup (while stocks last).
Each token carries a value of €1.00 and can be redeemed at all Valletta Waterfront outlets against beer purchases on both event days. The reusable cup can be refilled throughout the event, with a dedicated Rinse Station available in the central promenade for easy cleaning.
🍻 Book Your Beer Bench
Make the most of the Oktoberfest experience by pre-booking your beer bench in advance! Gather your group of six and enjoy the celebrations from your own picnic-style bench at the Valletta Waterfront central promenade. Pre-booking is free of charge (T&Cs apply), but availability is limited, so make sure to reserve your bench now.
🎗️ Cheers for a Cause
In the true spirit of community, the Valletta Waterfront Oktoberfest proudly supports the ALIVE Charity Foundation, Malta's charity focused on raising funds for cancer research projects. Attendees are encouraged to donate any unused beer tokens at the end of the event, with all proceeds going directly towards life-saving cancer research in Malta.
